Sync von Ordner zwischen Ugreen & Synology - Rsync

    Hallo ,

    Wollte mein altes Synology Nas noch als Backup Medium nutzen da es noch immer läuft.

    Nun wollte ich die Syn & Backup App benutzen um dieses umzusetzen.

    Leider kann ich aber nur vom Synology Ordner Richtung Ugreen Ordner Synchronisieren, aber ich wollte es aber umgedreht haben. Wohlverstanden rede ich über eine 1zu1 Synchronisation.

    Leider kann ich die Funktion synchronisieren ja nicht benutzen , da dieses ja nur zwischen 2 Ugreen Nas funktioniert. Darum habe ich dann die Funktion Sichern & Wiederherstellen benutzt.

    Wenn ich jetzt ein Backup Richtung Nas mache wo ich nur Snapshot vorfinde dann ist das kein Problem auf dem Synology zur sichern.

    Kannst du mir ein Print Screen schicken wie es aussehen sollte

    Ich habe es gefunden, aber es funktioniert nicht anders als bei der Nutzung über Port 873. Auf der anderen Seite werden lediglich Snapshots erstellt, die nicht eingesehen werden können.

    Ich möchte, dass die Ordner direkt auf der Synology angezeigt werden, damit ich sie bequem miteinander synchronisieren kann – so wie es funktioniert, wenn man zwei Ordner miteinander abgleicht.

    Du willst ja nicht synchronisierem in dem Sinn einer Synchronisation, sondern ein Backup durchführen.


    Wenn Du im letzten Screenshot sicher Verbindung verwendest, dann kannst Du den SSH Port so wählen wie er auf Deiner Synology festgelegt ist

    Jetzt kann ich endlich die Backups auf meinem Synology NAS erstellen.

    Wie kann ich nun zwei Ordner synchronisieren? Ich möchte einen Ordner von meinem Ugreen NAS auf ein anderes NAS übertragen, ähnlich wie man in Windows zwei Ordner synchronisieren kann.

    du möchtest etwas vergleichbares zu Synology Drive?

    Gibts hausintern bei Ugreen nicht.

    Beim Synology NAS konnte man auch den Hyper Backup nutzen, um beispielsweise Backups auf eine externe USB-Festplatte zu erstellen. Wenn man diese Festplatte anschließend an einen normalen PC anschloss, hatte man direkten Zugriff auf die gesamte Backup-Ordnerstruktur, ohne dass das Synology selbst benötigt wurde.

    Ich wollte eine ähnliche Lösung wie bei Synology mit meinem Ugreen NAS umsetzen, da ich mein Synology weiterhin gerne als Backup verwenden möchte, da es noch voll funktionsfähig ist. Das Problem, das ich dabei habe, ist, dass ich es bisher nur in die falsche Richtung hinbekommen habe. Mit dem Sync- und Backup-Tool von Ugreen kann ich eine Rsync-Verbindung einrichten, die die Ordnerstruktur vom Synology zum Ugreen überträgt. Allerdings möchte ich es genau andersherum nutzen, da mein Ugreen NAS mein primäres System ist und das Synology lediglich als Backup dienen soll.

    Genau das will ich ja nicht

    Deine Mini Screenshots bringen mir leider wenig, da kann mann nichts nachvollziehen wo Du Dich gerade befindest.

    Mal Grundsätzlich, Sync & Backup ist derzeit noch in den Kinderschuhen, was man von Synology gewohnt ist, kann man hier keineswegs erwarten.

    Aber das von Dir bereits verwendete Backup hat aber auch seinen Vorteil, ein Pull BAckup ist wesentlich sicherer als ein Push Backup wie ich es erklärt hatte.

    Man muß halt einen Weg finden wie man das Zeitlich evtl. auch automatisch durchführt.

    Was ich nicht ganz verstehe, ist, warum die Sicherung in eine Richtung funktioniert, aber nicht in die andere. Vom Synology in Richtung Ugreen klappt es problemlos, aber andersherum will es einfach nicht funktionieren.

    Wieso findest du denn dass ein Pull backup sicherer ist ?

    Weil beim Pull Backup werden die Daten nur geholt, so gibt es keinen Zugangsweg für zb. Ramsonware in die andere Richtung richtung Produktiv NAS, in Deinem Fall die DXP.

    Beim Pusch, werden die Daten zum Backup geschoben, somit gibt es auch einen Zugang zum Backup NAS.

    Hallo,

    Ich stehe auch vor diesem Problem - ich würde gerne von ugreen die Daten auf Synology synchronisieren - kein Backup machen - sonder die Verezichnsse spiegeln. Ich habe keine Idee wie ich das machen soll. Mit Hyper Backup auf der Synology (pull) geht es auch nicht ich kann von der Synology nur Pushen auber nicht Pullen...

    Doch kannst Du mit ABB über die Funktion "Dateiserver". Dies entspricht dann auch einem Pull Backup, basiert auf Rsync und funktioniert tadellos.

    ich habe ein Lösung gefunden - CloudSync auf der Synology mit WebDav (WebDav auf UGREEN natürlich aktiviert!) kann ich die Daten von UGREEN auf Synology sichern.

    Glück gehabt, die DS216Play sollte mit ABB umgehen können. Allerdings ist als DAteisystem BTRFS vorraussetzung.
