NAS ist im Windows Netzwerk nicht automatisch zu sehen

    Hallo,

    mein NAS ist nicht im Windows Netzwerk nicht zu sehen.

    Die Hinweise aus dem Forum wie : "SMB in der Systemsteuerung im Dateidienst aktivieren" und "wsdd2 Dienst einschalten" habe ich natürlich längst befolgt.

    Das ganze hat auch bis vor kurzem immer einwandfrei funktioniert.

    Wenn ich über die IP bei mir im Netzwerk danach suche wird sie gefunden und der Zugriff ist möglich.

    Ich hoffe, Dass jemand von euch weiss, wie ich den alten Zustand wieder herstellen kann.

    Wenn Du sie gefunden hast, mach Dir entweder eine Verknüpfung zum Desktop oder füge sie dem Windows Schnellzugriff hinzu.

    Das kann am Ende viele Netzlaufwerke bedeuten zudem diese gern auch mal Probleme machen.

    Vielen Dank für eure Lösungsvorschläge.

    Was mich ja nur wundert, ist die Tatsache, dass es ja schonmal funktioniert hat, auch ohne Hilfsmittel wie Verknüpfung zum Desktop oder Windows Schnellzugriff.

    Das sieht für mich so aus, als wäre die NAS im Schlaf Modus. Ist natürlich nur geraten, aber nach den Symptomen würde ich darauf tippen. Hast du das mal überprüft?

    NAS: mehrere DXP-4800+ mit Raid 5, 4 Toshiba 22 TB (Btrfs) und Raid 1, 2 Samsung 990 Pro 4 TB (Btrfs), 64 GB RAM

    Clients/Server: Linux Mint 22.3, MX-Linux, Debian Trixie.

    Windows Updates? diesen Dienstag war Patch Day!

    Ich glaube, der Hinweis auf ein Windows Update war goldrichtig.

    Ich habe es mal mit einem älteren Laptop ausprobiert auf dem lange keine Updates mehr installiert wurden und siehe da; dort funktioniert alles wie gewünscht.

    Ich habe das aktuelle Update vom letzten Dienstag schon installiert, habe allerdings keine Probleme damit, aber das ist halt immer individuell was auf dem jeweiligen PC passiert 🤷

    es gibt halt fast nie einen Optimalzustand.
    Meine damit, jede Konfiguration ist anders, Treiber- und Updatestand, Konfiguration, dran rumgespielt ;).

    Dennoch müssen die Grundfunktionen klappen.

    Manchmal hilft es einen Netzwerktreiber komplett neu zu installieren, so meine Erfahrung.

    Und niemals an der Karteneinstellungen bei Windows rumbasteln, es sei denn, man weiß genau, was man macht.
