Backup Linux-Server

    Hallo,

    ich poste meine Frage mal hier, da mein Post unter reddit scheinbar nicht veröffentlicht wird. Ich habe gerade mein DXP2800 gekauft und installiert, es wird als einfacher Backup-Server für mehrere Linux-Server, zwei Windows-Geräte, einen Mac und einige iPhones verwendet.

    Wie realisiert ihr Linux-System-Backups? Ich muss ein paar Konfigurations- und Anwendungsverzeichnisse sowie Datenbanken sichern. Da Mariadb-Datenbanken wahrscheinlich nicht nativ unterstützt werden, werde ich sqldumps sichern.

    Zurzeit mache ich Backups mit rsync von Linux-Systemen auf dem NAS. Gibt es bequemere (oder sogar native) Möglichkeiten oder verwenden alle rsync dafür?

    Du kannst doch unter Linux Duplicati nativ nutzen.

    Kannte ich nicht, sieht aber interessant aus, Danke. Auf die Schnelle konnte ich lesen, dass die Serverinstanz scheinbar unter Linux installierbar ist, hast du das per SSH einfach im ugreen pro OS mitinstalliert oder wie betreibt man das?

    Wenn Du es auf der DXP nutzen möchtest gibt es hier ein Tutorial als Docker Container.

    Du solltest Dir auch mal AutoPilot und jars anschauen, da findest Du für beides auch das TUT hier im Forum.
